You can park on Mount Pleasant road (Green P) from 8 am to 4 pm on the east side and from 9 am to 9 pm on the west side.
Side streets are also an option but only for an hour.

Unfortunately, the studio is on the second floor and there is no elevator. For this reason, it is not accessible by wheelchairs.

You don't need to bring anything. The studio provides all you need for the class or private session.

If you can't attend your private session or the group class you need to cancel within 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations after that period of time will be considered late and therefore you will be charged for the appointment.

Our mat group classes are up to 4 people and the reformer group classes are up to 3 people.
