Mat Group Classes

We focus on groups of four people meaning the instructors can work on ensuring you are getting the best from your class. It helps you get stronger from the inside out and builds a solid foundation that will carry with you throughout whatever activity you do. Mat Pilates is a safe, effective, and sustainable form of fitness that will just make you feel better in your body every time you do it.

We offer mat classes at different levels to better address your fitness goals:

  • Restorative Mat
    This class is designed to help you re-educate your muscles, enhance mobility, and build strength in a way that supports everyday movement. Restorative Mat Pilates class focuses on retraining movement patterns to improve overall functionality and restore balance to the body. Through slow, mindful exercises, we target key areas of tension and misalignment, encouraging the body to move more efficiently and naturally.

  • Mat Foundations
    This class is designed for beginners and those who appreciate a more detailed approach to Pilates. We focus on building a strong understanding of the fundamental principles of Pilates - alignment, correct muscle recruitment and body awareness. You will be guided through basic exercises that target core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness, with plenty attention to the detail. Join us to build confidence, strength, and mobility - one step at a time!

  • Strength and Precision
    Take your practice to the next level with Strength & Precision, an intermediate-level Pilates mat class designed to challenge your body and mind. This class focuses on building muscular strength, enhancing control, and refining the precision of each movement. Whether you're aiming to deepen your practice or prepare for more advanced work, Strength & Precision will leave you feeling stronger, more centred, and in control.

Reformer Group Classes

Our reformer groups are up to three people. That gives you a chance to get individualized attention from the instructors. This workout is done on an apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates that was created to help rehab the body. Reformer pilates gives a full-body workout, which improves power, strength, flexibility, and coordination. We offer reformer classes at different levels to better address your fitness goals:

  • Restorative Reformer
    Discover the power of mindful movement in our Restorative Reformer class, where the focus is on reeducating the body for better functionality. This class will guide you through slow, controlled exercises that promote muscle release, improved posture, and functional movement patterns. By targeting areas of tension and misalignment, we work to retrain the body to move more efficiently, reduce pain, enhance mobility and restore balance.

  • Reformer Essentials
    This class is perfect for those looking to deepen their practice while still focusing on foundational principles. In this dynamic class, you'll use the reformer to enhance your strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Whether you’re looking to improve your form or take your practice to the next level, this class is designed to inspire and empower you on your Pilates journey!

  • Reformer Stability and Power
    Elevate your practice in our Intermediate Pilates Reformer class, designed for those ready to push their limits and refine their technique. This energizing session will challenge your strength, flexibility, and coordination as you explorechallenging movements on the reformer. You'll work on enhancing your balance and stability while incorporating variations that deepen your understanding of body mechanics.

Spring Tower Group Classes

Our Springtower classes are up to 3 participants using a vertical tower frame attached to the reformer to offer a unique and versatile workout experience. This setup replicates many of the  Cadillac exercises, allowing for a wide range of movements that support strength, flexibility, and functional alignment.

Using spring resistance to both support and challenge your body, you'll engage your core, lengthen your muscles, and improve overall stability in a safe and energizing way. It's a full-body workout designed to leave you feeling taller, stronger, and more connected to how you move.

We offer Springtower classes at different levels to help you progress at your own pace and better support your personal movement and fitness goals.

  • Tower Foundations:

    Ideal for developing control, alignment, and precision in a more grounded and supported way. This class is perfect for those looking to build confidence and deepen their understanding of form while moving with intention. Exercises focus on spine mobility and core support, combined with a strengthening workout for both the upper and lower body.

  • Tower Strength:

    This dynamic class is designed for those who have a solid movement foundation and are ready to take their Tower practice to the next level. With more complex exercises, increased resistance, and greater emphasis on control and endurance, Tower Challenge delivers a full-body workout that builds strength, coordination, and precision.

    Expect deeper core engagement, expanded range of motion, and more demanding variations that challenge stability and refine technique. Ideal for intermediate movers and beyond, this class supports continued growth in both strength and movement confidence.
